I am a LEGAL AMERICAN Citizen and I must show my IDWhat do you think? any ideas? Any reason why
they shouldn't come in the front Door?

This is a subject people are afraid to speak about.
I see some are afraid to speak their mind. It's OK
this is America, we have freedom of speech. Maybe
you can add some light on the subject. What can we
all do to help make it easy to be Legal?
It will help in the long run on our TAXES, and help the Census Bureau too. Everyone should pay their share of taxes. Illegal or Legal. It will help to know who is here, and keep out the Terrorist and diseases too.
I welcome anyone to America.
I just want them to come in Legal as my Grandparents did.
It is a privilege to come here.
I find it as rude as gate crashing
into my house.
I MUST SHOW MY ID WHEN:
#1 Pulled over by Police.
#2 Making a Purchase w/credit card.
# 3 At the Doctors.
# 3 At the Doctors.
# 4 For a loan application.
# 5 Renewing a drivers Licence
# 6 VOTING
# 7 For any kind of Insurance.
# 8 College Applications.
# 9 Writing a check.
# 10 Getting a prescription drug.

Why should Illegals in this country be EXEMPT????
And why would they be offended by showing it?
I am sure other countries guard their borders. SOOO what's the problem?
When they ask me for my ID , I'd never gave it a thought.
Because it was the normal thing to do.

Other countries guard their borders, does not seem to make a lot of difference here.
I di da post on my book of Ellis Island in the past. The immigrants left from Liverpool where I was born and bred.
Yvonne, you know I agree with you completely. We have laws in this country which all of us abide. This is supposed to make society safer for the whole of our country.
Pat @MFF must not have travelled outside our country very much or she would surely know what she is suggesting "Americans do the same thing" is nonsense. I will ask her to do further research on the topic. For one of us Americans to enter Mexico, except as a tourist with a round-trip plane ticket in hand, we must jump through hoops, prove we are valuable people to Mexico, have enough of our own money, won't compete with the Mexicans for jobs they can do themselves, etc. etc. etc. Our problem is very simple, we don't fix it because the DC crowd wants the Hispanic vote. Personally, it makes me sick. I am a foreigner in my own country. I think that's the title for my new book. xx's
