STOP IT NOW. PLEASE STOP

This is what will appear on the new packs of Cigarettes. a photo to make you aware. Remind you to get help. Do it, you will meet other nice people who also are addicted to cigarettes.

Go for it you can do it. It took me three times and 3 years to stop, but I feel so much better even now. That I have damaged my lungs

and have C O P D. You can never restore the damage to the lung. Don't wait stop early enough to save the lung.

I will say I never started smoking until I was about 23 years old.

I was given a few Cartons of Salem Cigarettes by my Girlfriends


Boy friend. I would never have spent 36 cents on a pack of Cigarettes.
He said everyone smokes, it will calm you down and you will
lose Weight. After the two cartons I was buying them. Every movie
had a Star with a Cigarette on her lips .

Lungs or throat.

My Father begged me to not smoke
this was before the warning on the
cigarette package. He told me
he felt the cigarettes caused his Cancer.
He was right a few years later
the warning was on the packs. My
Brother smoked also and died a few years ago of throat Cancer. So STOP!











I have gone on Chantix three times . 2 and a half years ago I started, fine for 8 months then at Christmas I started again. Same thing a year an Xmas smoked for a month and a half, This time I have to get pass Christmas,. Please I know how hard it is to stop. Do it now get help.
