Aug 30th The St. George Art Tour

I Did the tour on one foot.

THERE WERE 37 ARTIST'S THAT DID THE OPEN HOUSE AND STUDIO TOUR
HERE IS BEAUTIFUL SAINT GEORGE AREA OF MAINE.

Looking forward to Dinner tonite we are having Coleslaw, corn, fries and Lobster.
My Cousin from Bayside NY drove to Maine ,
we had 3 great days and she is leaving Sunday morning..
SOOOO we have to have the traditional LOBSTA FEAST

Mr. Morris bringing us the Lobsters in the yellow motor boat.
My Cousin Ada was here and we had a Lobster Feast.
Then she drove back to Bayside NY the nex morning.

I did a painting of some part of this
area on each side and the top.
Owlshead Light, Marshall Pt Light.
Rockland light , Rockland Harbor
and a big sailboat.

There is so much to do and I can only hop around
for 20 minutes at a time.
My whole foot is in pain.
I have been putting frozen peas in a bag
on top of the foot.
It started withPlantars, then a spur on my heel.
Now the top is all swollen with fever.
I am beside myself. Living on 600 mg Ibuprofen.
Now water pills for swelling. Did you ever wake up and say WHY ME?
I have 3 friends coming over so I am not alone.

Last year I had 25 people and only sold 1 paintings,
ery reasonable too.
I do it because were are a group here
and have to participate to keep the art going in Saint George,
There are 37 of us.. It is a fun day for tourists and residents
You tour the homes of Artist's and their Studios..
It is only one week end in August. Then there are the Fairs .
I never entered any art this year, THE DARN FOOT.
I always put out hors d'oeuvres and coffee.
Because I feel so bad this is all they get. I am buying the cookies.

Last year my Casa Blanca lily's drew all the attention,
they have bloomed early this year. GOOD ! Focus on the Art Please..

CHEERS YOU ALL

DO YOU LIKE WINE?

This is a vanity Fair

print I think the Artist HAY

Is John Hay Lord of yester..Did lots of research..

I have a lot of SPY prints from London.

I CAN'T EVEN IMAGINE DRINKING A BOTTLE OF WINE THAT COST

$160.000 dollars YOU COULD DO SO MUCH FOR THE POOR WITH THAT. I'd choke on it.

OR EVEN SAVE A library

Malcolm Forbes In 1985 bought
a bottle of Rothchild
paying $160,000 for a
1787 Bordeau. (I bet it was like vinegar)

MY FRIEND BROUGHT ME SOME MATCHES.
IT WAS A GIRL IN THE DENTAL OFFICE. THE CAPTAIN
HAD A TOOTH ACHE.

The Painting I am almost finish with, What do ya think?

I like this wine it is a favorite.

I also like Italian wine by BOLLA

HAS ANYONE TRIED THESE WINES OR HAVE A COMMENT ON THEIR FAVORITE??

I'd love to be in Paris for New Years. This is where i'd visit for sure.
