Staying Fit

Any tips on how to stay out of the nursing home. I plan to stay in a nice hotel for the same price per day. No kidding. They charge more than the Ritz.

I thought this was so funny.





Doctors, today you have to investagate it all.

Be happy have a drug free day...


I take meloxicam for my Arthritis and I am having weird dreams with the chantrix. I wake up choking with the feeling of cotton in the back of my throat. I can't swallow. so I quit them both Friday.
I am really worried about the drugs today.
The side effects are terrible.

addicted to a few

I watch few TV shows because of the darn commercials.
I can shampoo my hair while they are on, or shower.
It is to many, I can not enjoy a movie, there are
annoying pop ups on the screen just at the best part
of a story I have watched .



One night the end of a sub title move
the pop ups blocked the words at the most
important spot . If I had a gun I might have shot the TV screen.



Cable company's give us a break. Stop being so greedy.



NCIS has less commercials and there is always a great story, the Actors are all so great. I have tried to watch others but story line and the actors are awful they don't grab me the way Law and Order or a good movie does..
The Commercials are just overboard, you can't enjoy or get involved because of them. I hate it when the two guys in suits pop up in the corner of the story. I already hate the suits for
distracting me from the story. Before I watch that show I'll break my fingers.

an Israeli import.

And now for "Tony Dinozzo"
He is hard to figure out. Gets head slapped alot.
Can't decide if I like the character he plays.
What do you think?

Getting back to Mark Harmon, I looked him up when I saw beautiful Angie Harmon to see if they were Married...NOPE!


NCIS is a spin off of Jag, I used to watch that also.
Gibbs ---He is so cute.
Harmon's Dad was a famous Football player.










Abby is played by Pauley Perrette, she has a french look.
At first I thought she was a nut, now I love her. What a face.




Poor Mc Gee is played by Sean Murry,
He doesn't get head slapped as much as Tony.








Angie Harmon was on Law and Order now has a show about
two lady cops Rizolli and something or other.
She was born in Highland Texas. Her Father had
some Cherokee decent and Mother of Greek decent.
Look at that bone structure. She is beautiful. Discovered by David Hasselhoff

The show is Rizolli and Isles, can't get into it.




Is there anyone out there that remembers TV used to be FREE all you need was an antenna

I never saw a smoke bush till I moved to Maine.
They are wonderful looking.









I have the red and the pink one, love them.

















Liatress do very well here.


Hydrangeas also easy to dry.















My Casa Blanca lily's did not do well this year
