Resolutions for New Years

Happy New Year! Here's my Resolutions for 2013.
It's that time of year again. Hoping this new year is better.

2- I want to volunteer and give something
back to the community.

Never think that a group of thoughful people
can change the world. Tt's the only thing that can.

#3- Get out and have more fun.
Now I have my Daughter we can go somewhere
every weekend.

There are so many beautiful places
and villages,we can take off every day
for a new adventure.

#4 Take off the pounds,
write down what I eat every day.

OH what did I do?
Too much candies,  and cookies

#5-Get in that bike and Treadmill

#6-Get more involved with the Government.

How to obtain the Goals....
1-Wanting to WIN. Whatever it takes.
2- Don't CHEAT
3- Expect the pain and live with it. It's hard.
4-Ask, Why do I want this Goal?
I will make the dream come true.
5- Set a time line, that's not impossible.
6- write down what you eat,
make a vision board to see the Goals.
7- Good bye and Good luck    &   Happy New year..

GUNS, GUNS, GUNS

Biden is a longtime gun control advocate. He's overseeing
the response to Friday's killing of 20 schoolchildren
and six adults in Newtown, Conn.

Please STOP the assault guns being sold.
Please  God Bless and AMEN

what to do about nothing

Happy Holidays

I say lighten up.

Thanks to some of my e-mail  pals,
I have learned that my prayers
only get answered if I forward an e-mail to seven
of my friends and make a wish within five minutes.

I no longer drink Coca Cola because
it can remove toilet stains.

I no longer buy fuel without taking someone along
to watch the car, so a serial killer doesn't crawl in my
back seat when I'm filling up.
I no longer use Cling Wrap in the microwave because it causes seven different types of cancer.

And thanks for letting me know I can't boil a cup of water in the microwave anymore because it will blow up in my face, disfiguring me for life.

I no longer go to the cinema because I could be pricked with a needle infected with AIDS when I sit down.

I no longer go to shopping centers because someone will drug me with a perfume sample and rob me.

And I no longer answer the phone because someone will ask me to dial a number for which I will get a huge phone bill with calls to Jamaica , Uganda , Singapore and Uzbekistan .

I can't use any toilet but my own because a big black snake could be lurking under the seat and cause me instant death when it bites my butt.

And thanks for the  great advice I can't ever pick up a dime coin dropped in the car park because it was probably placed there by a sex molester waiting to grab me as I bend over.

I can't do any gardening because I'm afraid I'll get bitten by the Violin Spider and my hand will fall off.

If you don't send this e-mail to at least 144,000 people in the next 70 minutes, a large dove with diarrhea will land on your head at 5:00 p.m. tomorrow afternoon, and the fleas from 120 camels will infest your back, causing you to grow a hairy hump. I know this will occur because it actually happened to a friend of my next door neighbors ex mother-in-law's second husband's cousin's best friend's beautician!

Only Kidding, it's just for fun.

    Where's the GOLD?

WHERE'S THE GOLD ? ---forget the beef.

    WTC 4 Vault:
    Only a Fraction
    of Gold Recovered?
    Two Brinks trucks were
    at ground zero on

Wednesday to start hauling away the $200 million in gold and silver
that the Bank of Nova Scotia had stored in a vault under the trade center ..
A team of 30 firefighters and police officers are helping to move the metals,
a task that can be measured practically down to the flake but that has been
rounded off at 379,036 ounces of gold and 29,942,619 ounces of silver .

Did you Read the Article in the Times Online gives the following rundown

of precious metals that were being stored in the WTC vault belonging to Comex.
3 metals trading - 3,800 gold bars weighing 12 tons
and worth more than $100 million
Comex clients - 800,000 ounces of gold
with a value of about $220 million
Comex clients - 102 million ounces of silver,
    worth $430 million
Bank of Nova Scotia - $200 million of gold

    Why is there this
huge discrepancy between the value of gold and silver
reported recovered  the value reported to have been stored in the vaults?
There are a number of possible explanations,
from outright theft using the attack as cover,
to insurance fraud. Until there is a genuine investigation
that probes all the relevant facts and circumstances
surrounding the attack it's all just B-ll S--T.

    Explosives Found in
    World Trade Center Dust:

    Scientists Discover Both Residues
    and Unignited Fragments Of High-Tech
    Metal Incendiaries in Debris
    From the Twin Towers -
non-technical guide to the newly published
    paper explaining the identification
of nano-engineered explosive materials in dust from the Twin Towers

The casings of jetliners' black boxes protect their contents

from impact accelerations of 3,400 Gs and from temperatures
of 2,000ºF for up to 30 minutes.

    Please
    Watch the film Loose Change.
It is frightening and will open your mind and thoughts.

Loose Change hints at but fails to explicate a set of facts about the attack that are undisputed -- facts relating to the location of the strike. The daring maneuver resulted in the plane hitting the newly renovated, sparsely occupied portion of the Pentagon

Here's a few Questions- Got any answers??

Flight 77 managed to tear light poles
completely out of the ground. without
damaging either the wings or the light poles themselves.
whatever hit the Pentagon did not bounce off the lawn.

Why is there absolutely no trace of Flight 77?

why is the damage to the Pentagon completely
    inconsistent with a Boeing 757?

    How about the eyewitnesses.

Funny that the FBI was there within minutes to
Confiscate the tapes ... that captured the entire thing

    Did you Know?

    This was the original
    White House in 1814

    The troops turned northwest up
    Pennsylvania Avenue toward
the White House. After the US
    government officials fled.they
    ate and drank the wine.
The soldiers burned the president's house, fuel
was added to the fires that night to ensure they would
burn into the next day. The smoke was reportedly visible
as far away as Baltimore and the Patuxent river

    Original Plans for
    Our White House.

The Gilbert Stuart painting and other valuables are still
    in the rebuilt White House,
Thanks First Lady Dolly Madison, why stayed saving items and cutting the painting of George Washington
out of it's frame. Thanks to Mr. Jennings a servant
    of Madisons.
After the completion of both wings, the Capitol was partly burned
by the British on August 24, 1814, during the War of 1812.
Geo. Bomford,& Joseph G. Swift, both military engineers,
were called upon to help rebuild the Capitol.
Reconstruction began in 1815 and was completed by 1819.
Construction continued through to 1826, with the addition
of the center Rotunda and the first dome of the Capitol.
Latrobe is principally connected with the original construction
    many innovative interior features.

I hope we get a man like Washington, in that White house. Just ask a congressman WHY he wants to be a congressman. Would he do it for no money? Is he planing to get lots of kickbacks to go
into a foreign out of the country bank???
Give then a lie detector test before they get on the ballot.
