Downton Abbey TV series

I am hooked on this story.

Have you been watching
Downton Abbey?
Who do you like and hate?

Sunday's on PBS 7PM-8PM

Second season

It flip flops around from the lives of the maids
to the highest of upper classes.
I never watches a TV program
that said continued.
The minute it said
episode Number one,
I'd flip the channel.
Well I have Blue ray now and can see the
entire story in two days.

So this is the second season.
I never could have finished the book.

Can you imagine living here?

Hope you watch it..

i am hooked too.
i watched the first series fortunately before this one started.

it reminds me of the pbs series
'brideshead revisited'.
22 episodes long that took so many nights of mine.
i own the series
and still watch it.
it is a bit more complicated than
'downton abbey' -
but downton abby works beautifully for me just as it is.

Two peas in a pod.. I saw the 18 episodes on the blu-ray from netflex. It took 3 days to finish it now this 2nd series is even better. Watch that Thomas and that bad maid.

I have loved this series so much and now waiting for Season 3 in the UK. So exciting.

I hate Thomas, I love Bates and Anna. All the characters are rich and complex though and leave a lasting impression.

Have a great weekend my dear!

I am addicted to this series. I watched the first season back to back and now eagerly waits for sundays 9pm. All the characters have a strong personality and the constraints of living in such a strict society with set rules add even more richness to the story.

I always love movies of this era and this is no exception. I have seen all of them and Anna and Bates. The actor playing Bates has been in many BBC productions. He is good. Enjoy Yvonne. I am with you on that.

I'm not familiar with the serial, but I know that british films are always captivating.
Your pictures are worth a thousand words.
Maggie Smith - great actress!

Hi there!

OOPS, I don't know how it happens that we lose our blog bar, but all I did was post a big "HELP! I lost my blog roll." Then people responded by writing back and giving me their names.

I love your header and I guess the time has come for me to water Downton Abbey, per your recommendation and that of some others.

All joys to you,
