Forget it I had 100.04 Fever last night.

This is absurd!!

One day at a time... I chanted that when I quit a million times a day. Just tell yourself you can have one tommorrow if you don't have one today. Next day do the same thing... U can do it.. Replace cigs with a walk around the block. You did it before you can do it again. All the best in 2012.

I'm not going to make resolutions that I'm not going to keep, which is why there are no fitness or diet resolutions on my list!

My resolution this year is to work on my photography skills for my blog. I've just revamped my blog - come and visit me for the new, updated blog!

Happy New Year, Yvonne!

I stopped smoking over 35 years ago and never went back. I used to smoke up to three packs a day, so if I can do it, you can do it, Yvonne. If you scare yourself enough anything's possible. :)

I make no resolutions this time of year. I know myself. I'm just not a resolution kind of gal. Ha!

My dear friend Yvonne,
First of all, many, many thanks for all of your support throughout 2011 and, an extra thanks for commenting on my post over at Lou, Boos and Shoes. You were so kind to do that and a real blogging friend.
I gave up smoking about 25 years ago with the help of nicotine patches. They really worked for me. I'm sure that you will do it.....you just have to be in the zone.
Wishing you and your family a happy, healthy Christmas filled with magicval times and lots of fun.
Sent with love from my family to yours. XXXX

A great post Yvonne ! I was never a heavy smoker but I quit in 1990 after reading a small book "Smoking Cigarettes, the Unfiltered Truth". I drank a glass of water every time I wanted a cigarette. And there were many times for several years that I still wanted one but I never went back. The real payoff was in getting amazing relief from my allergies and therefore not needing medications. I do walk 20 minutes or so every day that is not pouring rain or close to zero degrees. I believe that getting outside for the walking is the key to feeling better physically, mentally and emotionally. I know you can make it !!! Go girl, go !!!
