2012 Saturday May 5th Derby Winner
After an exciting two minutes here is this years winner. Now, Next two Races
are a head of him. Maybe we will get a triple Crown winner this year.
It's about time. Maybe Next year a Filly will win.. HERE HE IS:::
I'll Have another a real winner
I think 20 horses is just to many horses for a race.
It makes it dangerous
having so many in the race. Wish it was 12 horses.
Last years winner. Animal Kingdom
This was a shock to me . I really didn't even
have him on my 3 choices. He looks like he knows he
is a true Champion.
I remember watching Barbaro win the 132
Kentucky Derby. This was a big horse.
As you can tell, I love the Races. Now, lets get a mint Julip and
talk about todays race. Have a restfull Sunday my

Oh Yvonne I did not give him a thought either. My son won some money on him. It is always so exciting. I will enjoy the next two for sure. Just waiting is exciting.

YVONNE! Oh I missed this race!!!! I LOVE HORSES and I should have been there to watch !!!
YOU are so kind to come visit me with such praise. Bless you my dear. Poetry is fun to write when you either are extremely happy, moody or sad!!!! I am glad you enjoyed my post. HAVE A SUPER WEEK!! Anita
Dear Yvonne, the race was a cliff hanger, wasn't it? I really thought Bodemeister would hold on, what a trooper! My son's pick was I'll Have Another... bred in Kentucky and trained by a fellow Canadian!! Two weeks till the Preakness, in Baltimore....the second leg of the Triple Crown! So much to anticipate! We were in Vegas this weekend for a dear friends birthday, it was fun watching it there!! N.xo
Such an exciting event! I must go to one before I kick the bucket :-)
