Christmas cooking that's fun

Sleigh bells Ring ...are ya Cooking??

Instructions

  1. 1. Melt the chocolate almond bark according to the directions on the package.
  2. Break the mini twist pretzels in half and place them on waxed paper.
  3. Place a lollipop stick into one side of a large marshmallow. Dip the marshmallow into the melted almond bark, making sure that the marshmallow is completely covered. Place the chocolate dipped marshmallow on top of the pretzel halves on the waxed paper.
  4. Place the round pearl sprinkles onto the melted chocolate dipped marshmallow to form the eyes and a red chocolate covered candy to form the mouth. Allow time for the chocolate to set
Isn't that FUN!

recipe::::::

Ingredients
Large/Jumbo Marshmallows
Mini Marshmallows Bits •
Chocolate Almond Bark, Melted •
Mini Candy Canes •
Large Cookies,
Store Bought Instructions
#1.Insert the hooked portion of a
candy cane into the side of a
giant marshmallow to form the mug’s handle.
2.Dip one end of the marshmallow into the melted
chocolate and place on top of a cookie to form
the coaster.
3.Dip the other end of the marshmallow into the
melted chocolate and place a few mini marshmallows on top of the melted chocolate.

And now a really big job too much for me.

1. This whole process will take you about 2 to 3 hours. Emphasis on 3 1/2.
2. The more organized/prepared you are ahead of time, the more smoothly it will go. Lay out mixing bowls, glass measuring cups, and fill up a tea kettle if you have one. You’ll need a continual stream of boiling water.
3. I did nine layers in total, but you can do as few as five or as many as 43,000…as long as the pan will hold them.
4. Be sure to spray your pan (9 x 13 inch) with cooking spray before you start. If you don’t, the bottom layer will definitely stick to the pan.
Next, there are only two elements you need to keep straight when you make this silly stuff:
The Colored Jello Layer and The Creamy Layer
We’ll start with the colored jello layer.
In a bowl pour one Pk of Knox 1/4 cup water stir Next add 1 cup boiling water and the red jello pour into a long flat pan. put in fridge for 15 min till firm Now layer 2 ::::::
pour in condensed milk in big bowl you will use several layers as you proceed.
Now add 1 cup boiling water to milk, now add Knox gel, now cool it and check on layer 1 to make sure it's firm, now pour or spoon the whit later on and so on and so on Got the idea??
Good bye and Good Luck!!

I am passing on this one.

Bring Joy in your life at Christmas

There is no better love or friend you will
ever have as a Dog you had for 14 years.
That's the way I feel. It's taken a year for
me to bond to my Daughters dog.
Maybe because I missed my dog so much.

I was alone at Christmas from 2002 till last year.
My Daughter moved to Maine.
During those lonely years, I only had My Dalmatian Thor.
He waited at the french door as I drove 2 hours
to Scarboro,Maine for Radiation treatments.
When I came home 6-7 hours later,
I could see him sitting at the French door.

As I got out in the garage,

I could hear him lapping the water.
He didn't drink all day.
I miss him so much I cry

.

Just like my dog, waiting.

They are Family.

How could you not
love this face.
Even if he knocked over the tree,

Hey MOM,
Believe me I don't know
how it happened.

Oh Gosh!
I hope that
stupid Poodle
doesn't look out her window.
I am humiliated

.

This silly
custom goes
on every time it gets cold.
I feel like a freak.
Get this junk off me.
I am an important part of this Family, I am a guard Dog.

Enough,
I look silly.
We used to have a Lab, he was so smart. When my Husband started to lose his hearing,
that dog would pull his shirt when a car pulled up or the phone rang. Bugger was stolen.

Pugs are show offs.

Give your dog a hug or go get a dog
at the pound, save a life. You won't regret it.
