AAA threw me under the bus

At 80 yrs old I still had AAA every year as far as I can remember.
Most years I never even used them. Then I go My new dog. he locked me out of the car, an other day I left my trunk open in driveway, dead Battery, then the dog hit the two signals button I didn't notice, AAA told me to Pay $88 or something close. What a rotten thing to do. After all the times I didn't use them and still paid. So so-long AAA sit on it and spin. Stop sending the JOIN AAA and how great you are. I know better. yvonne

It never ceases to amaze me, these services that don't come through, after all the loyalty of their customers. I'm so sorry dearest Yvonne.

I have locked my keys in my car several times and they were usually there under an hour. Twice I had a tire blow out and off duty policeman changed my tire and I had to cancel the call for aid. As a rule AAA has been good to me both in Colorado and Florida. They depend on local people to go out on calls and sometimes things aren't handled properly. Sorry you had a bad experience.

Hi Yvonne

You must be some sort of magnet for Murphys Law...LOL smiles
never had a problems with AAA,, although now the car insurance companies are very competitive with AAA and my car insurance company has a very good policy package that is very reasonable bundled with my car insurance policy

You might want to give it a go , and I believe Allstate you do not need to have their car insurance but can still get their policy??
