There really are Angels at Delta Airlines

Thanks Delta for such a wonderful person as
Hernini Peni

I planned  in February to get tickets for my Daughter and I to go to my
Deceased Cousins Son's wedding in May.
This was important to me as
I can remember my Mother going to the wedding of his Mother,
flying Delta from Houston to NYC in the 1950's. in a prop plane.
As a teenager I didn't want her to go,
Mother said, "My Sister died and I have to be there for her Daughter."
So I planned such a happy trip, flying DELTA, with my Daughter and doing the town
in NYC, a play, etc. A beautiful wedding and her knowing more of my family.
Well, life does not always give us what we want.  My Daughter couldn't go.

I spent all morning with Delta, the tickets were non refundable,
even the $40 Insurance I purchased said NO NO NO...
Now all I did was Cry. Didn't want to drive 2 hours alone and
make this trip alone.  I was getting so depressed.

I kept calling different numbers for a complaint, I explained
I needed to change the name on the ticket and come home 1 day earlier.
My best Friend said she would take off a few days from work to take me.
God was in the Heavens looking down as I spoke
to a woman in Salt Lake City, Hernini Peni, 
I had reached Delta in Salt Lake city.
After explaining she did change the name to my
best friend. She even changed it so we could
make it back in time for her work.

This Angels name was 
Hernini Peni in Salt Lake.
What a kind and understanding
woman she is.  If only Delta
would hire people that really listen
and have some blood in their veins.
I spoke to so many non-caring people.
Cold and blunt.




 
So because of one Fabulous Lady I will get to
 the last wedding I ever go to.

hired such a Kind and understanding

  Mrs  Hernini Peni.
