 This rental  certainly
 trumps that of Bill and Hillary Clinton rental in the Hamptons..
The Serene yacht rented by
America's boy Bill Gates.
In addition to its 12 staterooms, the 450-foot, (I've been on several 110 ft- 125 ft, can't imagine the size of this) seven deck vessel also comes equipped with its own saltwater pool, climbing wall, library, health spa,  outdoor theater and even a nightclub spread 
out over  the boat’s combined 48,000 square feet. 
It must be a jaw dropper as it sails into harbor.

Though for all his wealth and influence,
Gates doesn’t actually own “The Serene.”
 He’s renting it from Stolichnaya vodka distributor Yuri Scheffler.






The Russia-born Scheffler is an interesting figure himself, he had a battle with Russian Vladimir Putin, but who hasn't. He is not a reasonable guy, he 
tried to nationalize & redistribute Stolichnaya wealth.
That is the best Vodka, I  buy it.
 Gates, founder of Microsoft, lives in a home that is famous
 in its own right.  Located in Medina, Washington is over
 66,000 square feet and overlooks Lake Washington.
They say most of it is underground. Hummm,,, 
does he know something we don't?
