well just found this out.
Watching Glen Miller
and a singer with Modernaires
who reminded me of Betty Hutton
 her actions, lots of things.

Well Betty was her sister
Born as Marion Thornburg,
in BattleCreek Michigan 
the elder sister of actress Betty Hutton,
 their father abandoned their family- when they were both young: 
he later committed suicide. Their mother worked a variety of jobs to support
the family until she became a successful bootlegger.
 Both sisters sang with the Vincent Lopez Orchestra. She is best remembered
for singing with Glen Miller 1938-42  March 10 1919

Betty went on to get in
the movies, she was too much!
Hollywood didn't know what to do with her or Lucille Ball,.

Hutton-Mel Torme
Torme had a voice
like velvet.











After many failed Marriages,
 she was found in 1974
 living in a Catholic
rectory in Rhode Island,
as a house keeper.
So much for Show Biz.

She then started interviews and making back some money.
Had a home in Palm Springs.
The Monsters are out there looking for young pretty vulnerable girls.
"Beware of Greeks  bearing Gifts", as the saying goes. Time Marches on.
