Can't wait till I can look out my living
room window and see the Japanese Magnolia
in bloom. You see, on the way to deliver
my Daughter, in February the street was lined
with Pink Magnolias trees. My Mamma was in
the cab with me saying how beautiful the pink
petals are blowing everywhere. It's a sign of a girl.
Starving for some color,
enough of thewhite stuff.
Where are the crocus?
Last spring I passed a
cafe with sign saying
"Come Spring".
All summer, thought to myself, wonder why they didn't
open. Then fall came and a friend said "Lets lunch at
Come Spring". I said they aren't open yet,the sign is still
there. Then I learned that was the name of the cafe.
Who knew?

ReplyDeleteThere are some flowers around here but can't say I have seen much of Spring yet. Your colours lovely.
ReplyDeleteWe have lots of blooms down south and enough pollen to make the whole USA sneeze and cough. Peace
ReplyDeleteHi Yvonne, lovely flowers! It's hard to believe that spring will be here soon. I woke up to 2 ft. of snow and it is still snowing hard. Figures....I just planted some primroses! Hope you get to go to the flower show. Seattle has theirs in two weeks and I can't wait to go. Something to cheer us up as we try to forget the hostile takeover of our government. Sending hugs xo Karen
