“Brewster’s Law” by Katharine Cartwright
"Mindscapes in Watercolor," an exhibit of
works by Katharine Cartwright, will open
with a reception on Friday, March 30,
from 5 to 7 p.m. in the gallery at
Lincoln Street Center in Rockland.
The exhibit will run through April 8,
and the artist will be in residence at
the gallery on Saturday and Sunday,
March 31 and April 1, and on Friday
and Saturday, April 6 and 7, from noon
until 4 p.m. The exhibit features three
different series painted by the artist
over the past decade. Cartwright will
also be offering three new courses in
watercolor painting - Watercolor for Beginners,
Advanced Techniques in Watercolors,
and Find Your Artistic Voice -
from April 9 through May 11 at
Lincoln Street Center. Detailed
course descriptions and

who has a studio in Spruce Head,
received formal academic training in
the fine arts at Kutztown University,
the College of Charleston,
and the Maryland Institute College of Art.
