to the Big Day at
Churchill Downs
If anyone like Horses
here's what I have so
far on who is signing up.

the Kentucky Derby
There is a horse Called ALPHA
Trainer Mclaughlen for 3 year old Colt
Alpha is a Florida based horse.
he is entered in Florida Derby
also for the -Louisiana Derby and woods Memorial.
I think this is too much before the Kentucky Derby? I do.
I would save him and rest him before the big Day.
Then I am not the trainer.
He has been working out at Boynton beach.!!
Wish I was still in Florida to watch the workout.

That's a hunch to make a bet.ALPHA
ALPHA Means::: #1- Best- Leader.







































































































All horses MUST respect their rider
or a dangerous situation develops.
The rider must gain that respect
must become part of the horse's "herd"
and become his alpha — his leader
there is no other way to be safe and in control.
This certainly doesn't mean to abuse, frighten,
or threaten the horse. And it has absolutely nothing
to do with yelling, whips, or anything similar.
It does mean the rider needs training in understanding
basic equine body language and assuming the leadership
position so the horse recognizes that position and
follows accordingly. To take on that position,
the rider must know what to do and be confident doing it.
If the rider "wimps out" or has any fear or crisis of confidence,
the horse will know it immediately and will take on the
position of leader himself.

When the Derby Regestration opens,
this means that the list of almost
400 Kentucky Derby
nominees will be narrowed down to 23.
