This is my Uncle Charlie Bowers, He was married to my Aunt Winnie.

who the person is that has this and
how he got hold of his cartoons. He did Mutt and Jeff and worked for the
Chicago Tribune. I stayed at his home
as a child in Norwalk Connecticut. He used
to read me the funny papers by the fire place.

I went there in 1998 and met the Professor who lived in the house and had a tour, memories flashed. My Father lived with him in the summers and use to flip the pages for the cartoons. I believe he was the Guy in the Top hat in the "OUT OF THE INK WELL CARTOONS" He died with no children and I wonder how everyone got his ART. CHECK OUT THE LINK JUST CLICK IT
